The Las Líneas series are horse hair abstractions on canvas. The hair, sourced from the horse’s mane and tail, is applied to the canvas, which has been laid on the bricks on the aisle and walked upon by the horses. The lines that are created are organic, yet precisely the same circumference, only varying in length. The result is an abstraction of three-dimensional lines.
